He has held 3 individual solo exhibitions at Kwanhoon Gallery, Art Space Pool and Project space SARUBIA. He is currently an artist in residence, and is actively working at the Mongin Art Center.

노충현은 홍익대학교 회화과 및 동대학원을 졸업했다. 그는 <살풍경>, <자리>, <실밀실> 연작에서 도시 속 메마른 풍경을 통해 상실의 정서, 공간의 장소성, 현대사회의 부조리, 제도의 폭력성 등을 문학적인 정서로 표현한다. 관훈갤러리, 대안공간 풀, 사루비아 다방에서 세 번의 개인전을 가졌으며, 현재 몽인아트센터에 입주작가로도 활동했다. 현재 서울에 작업실을 두고 활발히 활동 중이다.
